Looks: Rai wears clothes that are very different from normal shinobi clothes. He wears the same outfit all the time, no matter the occasion. He looks like an emo type of person, because of the way he dressses, but he isn't. One thing that really sticks out, is the belt he wears that looks like it represents the sound village, but it doesn't, it's just a belt with a music note on it, because Rai likes music. He has an Uchiha crest located on the thigh of his left pant leg, and on a cape that he wears hanging from his waist, tucked into his belt. He also has a tattoo.
