Light is a long haired man. Who hair is long and spiky, it consists of the colors black and Blue. Light loves wearing is sleeveless shirt that is all black and fits very tightly. He can also be caught wearing a long sleeves white shirt that fit him well but is baggy around the arm area. When on missions he always wears his all white mission and has his Family symbol on it. The symbol is a sound sign in the middle of a yang and yen symbol. It’s all black and white with the sound symbol in red. He wears his headband on his right arm. He never moves it because it covers a weird scare on his right arm. He likes to wear his all black shorts that stop 5inches above his ankles. He usually wears his long black pants in the time of winter or when it’s raining out side. He own two types of boots his all black mission boats and his black and brown training boots. He wears an all black rag around his waist. His eyes are the color of rain but are sometimes mistaken for the color of gray

Personality:
Light has a too himself personality. He likes to keep his distances from other because he doesn’t like the idea of being attached to other people. He’s very quite but he’s not shy. Light actually very cocky because he’s never lost a fight to anyone on his level or anyone consider too be below his level. He never speaks unless he feels it will benefit him in some kind of way. He hates work but love to go on missions. He likes to keep himself busy. He despises very one including his family, but he never let’s anyone know how he feels because he fears people will stop trusting him and he’ll be stopped from going on missions. Light is a trust worthy person but you can always tell that sometimes he not complete there or that he has his own agenda when on missions, or he carries a cool head in all situations, which can be relaxing but hard to understand. He’s a difficult person to understand but his strategy techniques on the battle field is some of the best, that’s why his family nicked name him mastermind. Now don't take him the wrong way because if he ever feel threaten he will cut you down without a seconds thought of it.

Light Noromay has not always been of the Noromay Clan. In fact when he was born he was born to the clan of Tykei. Light was once a happy young lad that was consider on of the best in the academy of the Leaf village. He was an A student who always seemed to grasp the concept of anything he was taught at a very quick rate. His ability to understand and demonstrate was some of the best around since his mother had passed thru the school. His father was also one of the best med ninjas around. Light was at the prime of his happiness until one day this petty street thug seemed to flip his world upside down. When Light was at school he had received word that his father had robbed and stabbed several time in the back. Noone was around when the the crime had occurred, some travelers had spotted him on the ground in the woods out side the village. The lost of his father drove his mother insane and she died soon after developing a bad drinking problem and that caused her liver liver and heart to shut down.

From that day on Light was all along. See the Tykei Clan believed in having one child every 18 yrs, only marrying once, and the person who married into the family had to be willing to give up their name for the Clan, and cut off all ties to their own family. His mother was the first born and only born because her father had died in war. Light never meet his grandmother but heard she lived in the Sand Village. Some how Light manage to get by on what he had until it ran out. Light slowly stopped coming to class and his teacher Tokyo Noromay decided it was time to intervene help his once proud student. By the time Tokyo had reached out it was almost to late. Light had been destroyed by his fear, loneliness, lack their of help and had turned to the street for survival. Light became a petty thief that stole what he could to get by from day to day. Some how Tokyo was able to break Light of his bad way and get him back into school. Soon after Light graduated the academy Tokyo went to the Hokage and was able to convince him to allow him to adopt Light.

At first The Hokage was unsure of the Ideal but soon figured it best to keep the boy out of the street. From that day on Light Tykei was known as Light Noromay. Still even with Light housing and food problem gone Light was still very angry, and days that Light and Tokyo trained Light seemed to let his anger consume him and let it loose on Tokyo. Unsure how to deal with Light's bad temper Tokyo decided it best for Light to go stay with his brother. His brother Jean had his own school on the outside of the village's walls. Tokyo knew that if Jean couldn't help noone one could. Jean ran a school for teaching assassins, That what Light needed, he needed someone who had nothing to lose but everything to gain, he needed some one who teach him how to home his anger and make it power, he needed someone who didn't care for his life as he cared for no one else life.

Upon training under Jean, Light soon learned of his fathers pass. He learned how he was connected to Tokyo and Jean, beside having there last name. He learned why the Hokage was so willing to let this adoption happen. For his Father too belong to the Noromay Clan, and their blood followed thru him as if was his own blood. Light soon learned of their kekei genki something he did not have as a Tykei. He soon home his skills into a level far beyond that of his teachers comprehension and unlocked skills not even his teacher was aware of. Light continued train with Jean until he had grew to strong for just one teacher. Jean and Tokyo pushed Light's skill and body to the test everyday and everyday he seemed stronger than before. It was more clearer than ever, Light was pushing himself hard than ever so he could protect his new family and never have to experience his child hood every again.

The day Light graduated he learned of his father death as an accident. It was and assassination attempt that went wrong. His father just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. His father died protecting the one the assassin was after. Some how the assassin was able to gain the upper had and killed his father with a rare poison. The stab marks on his father's back came from him trying to release the poison out of his system, but the poison was too strong and he was finally subdued by it. Since than Light has vowed to never rest until his father revenge was gotten. That day Light left the village seeking the one assassin known as the Poison master, Every once and awhile Light pops in the village to check up on his Uncles. He never stays long, because no one can to let go of the fact that he was the orphan boy that use to steal from their stores and left the village for no reason ever brought to knowledge of the people. All that was known was the day Light left, a new anbu member was born and he was known as Sith.

Light past made it of important that he was thought as gone. If he was known as an elite few of the leaf village, he would throw the whole village into chaos. His pass made him untrustworthy in the eyes of the village. His skills and power made him an important assets in the eyes of the Hokage. Light took the reward of his Hokage with honor and pride. Light never forgot his vows to find the Poison Master, but felt in order for him to find him he need to know everything that he could about the assassination a tempt. And what better way to find this out than from the heart of a village that had documents on all kinds of information like this.

Two minutes in the fight and Light was already bored with ninja. Light decide it would be best to end this match now before anyone caught a glance at his real power. Light quickly spoke "Snow White Cherry Blossoms!"as he formed the hand signs. A circle of his chakra formed in his hand and began to spark like lightening. Soon it became bigger than Light hands could hold and he released it. It got a little bigger than burst into pedals that seemed to rain down on Light in a graceful movement. The ninja almost seemed hypnotize by the falling pedal snow. Light repeated the hand sign slowly one last time before the pedals of fire ripped thru the ninja. Light moved slight towards the left and admired his handwork that slowly traced behind the ninja. Slowly the ninja began to fall to the ground as the rest of the pedals of fire slowly dissolved into nothing. Light slowly turned his back to the dieing little boy and began his journey once again with his new found scroll from the once proud ninja.

Light couldn't believe that a scroll with such claimed power was left in the hands of a genin to be safe. Light still felt bad for the poor boy all he was doing was following orders. Light giggled to himself as he finally made his way to the to Summertime Crossing. Light looked across the bridge as he thought of the words the old man who hired him spoke. "If you think about some thing long enough, you grow feeling for it, grow feeling for something and do what it takes to protect it. If you feel you have protect to protect some thing than you have created a weakness." Those odd words, rung thru Light's head the whole trip. Light knew he had to protect his family but he didn't see how that made him weak, none at all. Light slowly took the first step on to the old bridge.

With each step Light could feel the bridge give a little more. Although Light had this same feeling early when he came to the bridge, this time it felt different. He felt something missing, but was unable to put his hand on it. He didn't know what he feeling nor did he care, his mind was to busy focusing on the old bridge at hand. His third, fourth, and fifth step were a breeze, but his sixth step was more trouble than Light had bargain for. When Light's foot hit the sixth board of the bridge it fell thru, now it was more clearer than ever, the bridge had been booby-trapped in case some one tried to enter the town as an outsider. Light slowly backed up, thought of the warning sign to outsiders, and how the old man had stopped him before he had made it to the bridge. Light thought of how the old guy had seemed to be waiting for someone anyone willing to take on his task of finding the ninjas who stole his scroll. At first the task seemed minor and stupid to fuse over family moves that weren't majorly known nor famous, but it was just Light's luck and need of money to say yes... That was the thing that was missing, the old man he wasn't here anymore. The boys words of knowing nothing about the stolen scroll rang out like a million birds.

It was all starting to make since now, the boy who had the scroll was only some street rat trying to make a quick buck, that would explain the lack of technique and skills. The old man who seemed crazy had to be another ninja who had left his village behind, in search of power; that would explain the task for the scroll. That A-ranked ninja that Light had got to fighting with must have been after the scroll too. That mean this scroll was already stolen before Light had gotten involved, and that old man must have been looking for a fall guy who would take the blame for that kid stealing the scroll and for the scroll reason being sold away. It was so clear, the amount of money being gave away for this scroll would make it seem as if Light was trading secrets of other villages with rivals villages to make a quick dime. That's why the old man stressed time so much, that way it would be all clear for him to disappear with the scroll while Light took the fall. Now the only thing on his mind was, what was so great about this scroll. Light slowly unrolled the scroll and began reading the most inner secrets of the the Sand Village's family know as Thairoyo. The way Light figured if he was going to take a fall for some crazy old thief he had better have some insurance to save his own life.

The main difference in using this justu the spear is not summoned to the user but used as a projectile that doesn't appear until after it is within 5 feet of the opponent. This attack requires all of your focus and a steady hand because the straightness of the attack depends on how you point your hand. The attacks moves underground until the user has visual on the victim. This attack can be done a total of three times off of one hand sigh but after that you lose it, and you must remake the Gorilla-snake hand sign, but after each use you go down a spear. (The first hand sigh=3, second hand sign= 2, third hand sigh =1, and after that is unusable for the remaining of the fight.)

Clan Name: Noromay

Kekei Genkai: Assassins Creed

This Assassins creed is the look of death passed down from member to member of the clan. It has been developed to create this genjutsu like affect on your victim. There is no genjutsu involved, but when used properly you can stare down deep into your opponent's eyes and almost seems if they can see everyone you've killed in cold blood. It is way of pushing your personality thru what your eyes and creating a being that doesn't cares for any ones life but his own. This kekei genki was made to do different things to the user body. Any one that has been able to tap into the kekei genki before reaching the skill level of of a b- ranked ninja has only touched the surface of the kekei genki.

B-Ranked level: Is also the beginner's level.
This is when you are able to tap into the stare as you please. It cases your opponent to be come slightly petrified. It gives you a slight boost in speed and strength by allowing you rage and anger to take control of your body. Since this is not a jutsu but only sheer will of the users ability to unmask their own hate, a beginner can use it for a total max of 10 post before their body naturally balances their emotions out again. by learning to properly use the kekei genki they will later be able to influence this with chakra.

A-Ranked level: Is also the Advance's level
This is when you've master the stare and your ability to petrify your opponent is at it's highest. This when you get your chakra more involved with with your rage and anger. When you reach this level you are able to control your emotions to a point were you can add in chakra burst behind attacks, like punches, kicks, swordsmanship, and etc... This is when you learn how to add in you chakra behind you speed and strength. This is were you learn to limit the amount of chakra you burst behind each movement so that you get extra use out of your chakra instead of wasting it in a long unnecessary flowing amount. This in turn gives you and extra boost in a fight against an opponent who burn up their chakra trying to keep up with you. You are able to hold the stare for 15 post max.

S-Ranked Level: Is also the Mastery level
This is when you really have done all that you can do to make this kekei genki even stronger. This make the stare seems real than life, a Genjutsu that lasts about 5 post. This ability of this kekei genki pushes the envelop of genjutsu...by making your pure skill seem unreal. This when you've mastered the quick step, where you're able to almost double your speed with out using chakra at all, and give your self extra boost every once in a while. This part of the kekei genki opens up your chakra flow by almost double while in battle. Allowing you to push more chakra thru your body at a much faster rate, making you seem almost three times stronger. Because of the extra chakra you get, You are only allowed to hold it for 10-15 post max depending on your chakra usage.

Clan History: The Noromay Clan
The Noromay Clan was a well developed clan of the sound village. They were known as the mob family. They were power beyond normal families means, and had connections to ever village known to man. They were the type of clan you didn't want to get involved with unless you hated life. They were known for being the most dangerous and untouched clan of all. Until one the day Hokages of all the villages got together and order a mass whip of the entire clan and anyone associated with it. Some how a few families of the were missed in the massacre. Most of them change their name and left the clan all together other kept their name and started schools to restore their clan's power.

Over a hundred years the ideal of the mob was completely whipped out, and the few resistance fell in the belief of things that were wives tales and myths. Now the Noromay Clan are known as teachers for ninjas who are seeking an extra step of training, and some times are just name that mean nothing to the people. The Noromay Clan never reached the status it once owned when it was younger but it now the proud holder of some of the world's best fighters. Now a days the Noromay clan belongs to every village as a small family of some sort, nothing major.

As for the resistance they are still very much alive. they even begans school for more of the dirtier activities of life. Some have created school for assassins, in search of the missing family that hold the kekei genki. Other in search of power to start the mob up again. For what ever reason you run into a Noromay Clan member of the resistance, it is best to note not to get involved with them unless you are looking for trouble.

Secret Clan Jutsu: Snow White Cherry Blossoms

Description:After doing the hand signs a circle of Lightening made of your chakra forms in middle of your hands. Than it expands into a ball roughly 6 diameters wide before bursting into blossom size pedals falling from the sky like snow. Upon repeating the hand signs they shoot thru your opponent(s) at blinding speeds. Usually there will be an out line of your opponent(s) and the remaining pedals that miss before they dissolve into nothing. I picked B-S because it does not guarantee a win against stronger opponents, but as you get stronger the pedals more deadly with better accuracy for valid organs. This attack drains half of your chakra so in battle you have two time to use it effectively before you lose all of your chakra.

Secret Clan Jutsu: Three Primes of Death

Description:This is a technique that has the basics of the Fire and Ninjutsu. The beginning of the attack is signaled by the hand signs Fire, Sigma. Fire part of the attack creates a 5 meter ring of fire that traps heat on the in side of the area. The heat eats up the oxygen with in the circle very quickly causing the opponent(s) to become short breathed and drained of energy.(The harder it's to breathe the harder it's to be activate.) Than the fire wall slowly grows taller, and draws in toward the opponent. Once the fire wall is ten feet tall, it forms a cone shape and complete cut off all air flow. The fire sucked all of the air out of the ring and replaces it with smoke. The smoke is a deadly gas that chokes you until tears run out of your eyes.(This part of the attack can last up to two posts.)

Once the fire dies down the real fun begins( the fire is not complete gone, still a key part to the attack.) The opponent is than attacked by your character with a serious combination of punches and kicks.This part of the attack is signaled by the crouching tiger stance. Once you have punished your opponent with your combination.

Your character will use a fire, delta, mega, life hand sign that will draw the remaining fire into your hands. this will signal the last phase of the attack. Description:The user has to draw his opponent's attention to his finger to put them into this hypnosis phase. Nothing appears to have changed in the phase but the target is motionless in reality for 2 posts unless they realize that they've been hypnotize. Than they can break it with a Genjutsu Kai, or pain from an outside force such as being stabbed or hit, this give him the ability to do anything to their body for this short amount of time.

Description: This is an attack that every Noromay must learn at the age of 8. It a right of passage of the family. They use it to teach strategy in battle. They usually don't permit it to be used unless you know for sure you will kill your opponent. The more it's seen more like someone will catch on to how to use it. It takes one simple B ranked move and mix it with a C ranked attack and you've got a hell of an attack.This is an attack that uses shadow clones to mask a sneak attack from above. The clones surround your opponent, with the hint that they are getting ready to jump you. While Light charges up a fire ball that slightly over three meters wide, and lets loose. Once the attack makes contact with the target, it opens up about ten meters wide and torches everything in it path. The whole key to the attack is the fake them out with the shadow clones. That really sales the ideal of an attempt to beat you with numbers instead of skills.

I'm so sorry. I was up super late last night redoing my character that, When i finally posted it up here I put in the wrong area, also I'm also sorry for not going by the template exactly it's just there is a lot things under each one and it seemed easier to do it this way at the time, But i did make sure I got everything that was needed. So if you need me to redo it I have no problem doing so.
